The communications were excellent, and they were exceptionally helpful. It was well packaged, as can be noted by the fact that USPS had it go to the midwest from the east coast to arrive at the east coast one state south, and the card still arrived exactly as it was described. The experience seemed to be more of an actual concern for the customer rather than some rating.
