CD item shipped in a lightweight paper bubble mailer. The booklet/inlay/CD condition were as described or “Very Good.” The top upper right corner of the jewel case front cover had a crack and was split away from the side seam. However, the broken jewel case and spindle teeth didn't match the item condition rating, and may have been damaged during USPS handling and shipping because the item was simply shipped in a lightweight paper bubble mailer, which likely didn't fully protect the item. Why not use more protective shipping materials to ensure that the item condition, as stated in the listing, is fully protected/maintained?
