Explore, expand, and enhance your Skylanders adventures with the Trap Team Wildfire character pack. Activision released this figure as part of the Trap Team, but you can use it with all previous and subsequent video games in the Skylanders series. This device is also cross-platform, so you can enjoy it with any and all versions of the game. The only requirement is a Traptanium portal, which you will use to bring these toys to life within the Skylanders game world. As a member of the Trap Team, Wildfire is a Trap Master. He uses traps to detain enemies, and so will players when they step into his shoes. This powerful feature shuts trappable villains down without having to fully disperse them. That makes Trap Masters the strongest characters in the Skylanders games against trappable foes. In the case of this figure, the trap tool is a large, red shield that the character holds in his right hand. His advanced crowd control abilities are a useful addition to any team. Wildfire is a male golden lion and a member of the Fire Claw Clan. He was often treated as an outcast by his peers due to his gold skin. He persevered, providing a good lesson in overcoming differences for youth. At one point in his story, he and his team became cornered by a giant flame scorpion. It was here that his Titanium-bonded shield, which was bestowed upon him by his father, reacted with the magic for the first time. It transformed him into a Trap Master and is still with him today, so players can use the shield to pin down game enemies. When you connect Wildfire for the first time to Skylanders Trap Team, or any games in the Skylanders series, he begins with base stats. Those attributes are 130 power, 200 defense, 100 agility, and 80 luck. As you play with the figure, he will gain experience, and those stats will increase. Stat changes are permanent for the figure and will persist in any games where you enter him into your roster. This figure also features two basic in-game abilities, Traptanium Shield Bash and Chains of Fire, and a soul gem ability, Lion Form. As you progress in Skylanders, you will be able to upgrade these abilities. Heat Shield and Hotter Heatshield increase the light and damage of your shield. Extra Chains increases the number of Skylanders villains you can trap with Chains of Fire, and Fire Roar adds an additional attack to your arsenal. There are also two separate evolution paths you can choose from when you attain enough power. Each path provides access to additional abilities. The first path gives you Burning Bash, Fire Spin, and Searing Slam. The second path gives you Lots of Chains, Blazing Breath, and No Escape. Since path choices are permanent, Skylanders gamers and collectors alike will often purchase at least two of these figures. In addition to the Wildfire figure itself, this Skylanders Trap Team pack comes with a trading card, a QR code, and a sticker. As a member of your Skylanders Trap Team, Wildfire will prove a valuable ally. You can also use him to tackle challenges and unlock secrets throughout the Skylanders universe.
