    Nikon D7000 dslr

    The camera is not a standard POINT AND SHOOT, although does have that capability. It is a very nice camera outfit with many, many functions and settings. You can pretty much accomplish any type of picture you can think of. It is complicated IF you are not dslr savvy. If you read the owners manual and make yourself learn the functions, you will enjoy this camera. It takes GREAT pictures! AGAIN, it is very easy in the full AUTO mode but it will take trial and error and learning to MASTER. Final word, it is a GREAT camera, but then again, it is a Nikon!

    Great inexpensive camera

    It's an old model, but still works like charm. Very versatile, easy to use and great image quality. Most important, has inner autofocus motor which enhances lens which don't. Two SD card slots, big screen, quick and quiet focus.

    Good camera for the beginner and gives you room to grow as a photographer.

    After doing my research on the Nikon D7000 I was able to locate this camera with a low shutter count. This is the first DSLR full size camera I have owned. It is loaded with features and am just getting used to taking pictures with it. I went with the Nikon as it has a great reputation and the vast lenses available for it.

    Very nice upgrade and the price was good allowing me to experience a better camera.

    Surprising picture quality for an older model. I got a very good deal, and exceeds my expectations. I would have to say this is my best camera to date so far. But it's pretty heavy. Great lens, the unit I purchased was good quality and condition. I would buy again...if you like many settings and scene tweaks, this camera is really nice. No wifi, but just plug into your special USB slot..yes it has a special cord to your computer and you are all set.

    D7000 a Great Value

    Choice was between the D7000 and a D7100, but the price differential and the fact that chasing megapixels is a low payback effort, made me choose this high quality and bargain price camera. I've used digital cameras from early 3 MP Kodak cameras to 24 MP examples and gotten great images from all of them, so the D7000 represents a great value.
