Country Baking Cookbook- lightweight, easy to use - uses a lot of everyday items you already have on hand.
A great cookbook - Found a different "Blackberry Cobbler" recipe that I really like because of the ingredients. Am planning to make this today - sounds wonderful. I will use 1/2 blackberries and 1/2 raspberries as this is what I have on hand. Love these cookbooks and have a nice little collection now. Can't go wrong with this edition.

Another great Gooseberry Patch!
Lots and lots of delicious recipes. All that I have tried were delicious. You can't go wrong with Gooseberry Patch!
