They never shipped my item, never responded, and i had to get eBay involved to get my refund. Not sure if they are the real Gold Spot pens, or an impersonator. I have used Gold Spot pens online store with much success, so if they are the same… so disappointing. I had used a $15 eBay promotional coupon for this order, which eBay would not refund or honor. So In the end I lost $15 on this fraudulent listing from this seller. Done with Gold Spot.

I contacted the seller and asked for them to hold the shipment till the weather warmed up. Yes, they kept perfect track of things and the excellent ink arrived well-packed and in perfect condition.
