We have tried to reach out several times since the day of purchase to explain that you bought only the upgrade electronics, not a full R2-D2 statue. And that it requires a base unit to apply the upgrades. We also shared links to the correct base units if you intended to proceed. We asked that if you simply wanted us to send only the upgrade, you needed to clearly confirm it. I'll have to dig through the boxes to find the assembly directions, but so far it's great, the pictures are from the initial test fit.
