No close up pictures or mention of the damage was offered in the description and I feel as someone who also sells on ebay and is very transparent about any imperfections on a listing, that this was really sneaky and dishonest. When asked about it, the seller just responded with an attitude. Not acceptable

Contacted seller to return item due to this and he was very condescending and would not accept the return. He stated it could still be Brand New with a loose disc inside.
