I HOPE TO DO MORE BUSINESS WITH HIM IF HE HAS THE ITEMS I WANT. It looks as though the advertising card is a "For Every Householder" advertising cover though overpaid by ½ cent. It is unaddressed as normal. A fair value and the only one I have seen. It was auctioned three years ago.

Seller offered the item at a fair price and was wonderful to work with. The item was packaged superbly and arrived earlier than expected. It was just as well the package could be tracked. Packaging was fine and the item was well described, postage costs were a little high considering how long it took to get here.
