Reasonable shipping and excellent customer service and communication. Restrictions on shipping of fluids were made clear before the transaction was processed. The item was in immaculate condition, and I was a little wary about the price, for just a pen, but oh my god! This was a perfect purchase for my soul, it writes so good. The pen make my handwriting so much better. I love this pen, it is so beautiful too. Will order another one some time soon!
