The bracket that holds the the arm is poorly constructed and the hole that is supposed to hold the arm was not threaded. This makes it impossible to play the grammaphone. I contacted the seller who said he would send a replacement right away and provide tracking. As of this posting I still have heard NOTHING. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SELLER IF YOU WANT FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
