Good product but can be better!

Theatre Marquee Billboard
I had some problem with it at first and the company I bought it from replaced the billboard, but not the control uniit. It worked for a short while. After good testing on my part, I assumed it was the control unit. I ordered a new one from someone else and it now works. It appears that the entire unit should have been replaced the first time.
