Mercenaries 2: World in Flames continues the open-world warfare that helped distinguish its Xbox and PS2 predecessor. You are cast in the role of a heavily armed mercenary, whose truculent talents go to the highest bidder. The destination this time around is Venezuela, where a military coup has instigated a full-scale battle over the country's precious oil supply. Resources such as tanks, APCs, boats, automobiles, and even mini-nukes can be at your disposal in a moment's notice. You can set buildings, vehicles, and even people on fire while you complete a series of deadly missions at the behest of wealthy clients. <br><br>Key features include a cooperative multiplayer campaign, an ability to recruit fellow mercenaries, and an assortment of tools to master. One such gadget, the grappling hook, lets you latch onto helicopters and other aircraft to commandeer them from the air. Once again the action is viewed from a third-person perspective as you choose from three playable characters, each possessing distinct attributes: powerful Christopher Jacobs, agile Jennifer Mui, and unstable Mattias Nilsson. Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is developer Pandemic Studios' first release since being acquired by Electronic Arts in October 2007.

    The shipping was in time, packaging was safe, I got the figurine intact, as described and working, it may be a bit costly but as a fan of trigger happy myself, it was worth it. As soon as I got it, I booted up trap team and there was still someone's data on mine but I just needed to reset it and I was good to go!

    A Classic Must Own Game!

    I'm not sure if this review is for the game and it's gameplay itself or for the condition of the item? If it's regarding gameplay, then although graphics (one of the questions asked) are at the processing level of an Xbox 360, they're good for the time period they were made for. It don't think it will upscale to 4K UHD tv if anyone is wondering, as this game isn't backwards compatible with the modern Xbox's (probably due to EA dropping support upon receiving attacks from the VZ government), but they're not that bad either. Back when I began gaming graphics were never that great as they are now anyway, but we just allowed our imagination to fill in the missing details. As far as gameplay, Mercenaries 2 was and still is an awesome game that goes on the tops of my list for games to own. It's ...

    A classic favorite

    Product came in full working quality, does not connect to EA servers anymore but otherwise has full functionality as a primarily single player game. Though it’s an older game, it has decent gameplay, fun mechanics and dated but satisfactory graphics.

    Game freezes

    I played this game back on 2008 when it came out and I loved it. After digging out my copy from 2008, just to find it keeps freezing. Well, I just recently purchased a used copy. The disc is brand new condition. This disc freezes too. I tried it on my buddies xbox and it freezes on his too. Highly disappointed.

    Won't work

    The game came in very nice shape! No scratches! No cracks! But!!! It will not play on my Xbox360. I have dozens of other games that play fine. The game will freeze up at the after all the credits and picking a storage for saves. Really bummed!

    It's hours of fun multiple days weeks just trying to get up the the money that the mercenaries earn so it's awesome

    Well considering I've been playing it every since I got it which was on a Wednesday instead of a Thursday which you got here day earlier than than expected so yeah I think it's a five-star just like Army of Two Call of Duty's don't I have only one Call of Duty but I'm looking to get more so I'll probably be on here on eBay and getting more games so thank you
