    Great synthesizer, a few minor complaints

    It sounds amazing and has some great presets, you can also load presets with the computer software. The main issue I have with it is because some of the controls are shared, you have to switch between what they control. This wouldn't be too bad but there's no pickup option. Soon as you move a knob the value jumps to whatever the knob was set to. Seems like an easy feature to add with a firmware update but the last firmware update was 2 years ago so I wouldn't hold my breath. Other than that slightly annoying issue it's a great synth and sounds really good.

    Immediately so useful that it changes your creative workflow.

    I asked online what keyboard of the same form factor I should get after getting a Microfreak that I enjoyed so much, and someone that does synthesizers for my favorite band happened to chime in, which caught my attention. I wasn't going to get one just because my main music partner already had one, though I hadn't played with it, but I'm so glad I did. I have never opened a synth right out of the box and had it feel so useful. My bass line needs are completely covered here, and for a good long while. Probably forever. The controls are immediately intuitive to someone that understands synthesis and exactly what you'd look for. I'm going to want to change all the presets but the first few are absolute classics and are great go-tos. But it also has many great secrets once you start ...

    Good deal.

    I have now been playing this Novation Bass Station II for one week. This is an amazing Instrument. This product came in its original "Open Box" packaging as disclosed in the description. Included the power supply which is essential and paperwork. Very Impressed...

    Lots of synth packed into a small box

    Analog signal with digital control and recall. Full size keys, thank you! The new firmware update gives you some amazing options. Would be an amazing synth for 2 or 3 times the price.
