  I made a huge mistake and not only did they accommodate me but were communicating through the whole process. Not only have they earned my trust but they showed me what I thought was lost in humanity! Aside from who and how they are as a company, they packaged their parts extremely well, and the parts themselves were of great quality which is a huge concern of mine.   Although the item didn’t fit my vehicle but the seller was very helpful. First they shipped very quickly then they Offered me a replacement when I told them it didn’t fit. And as soon as I asked to return it only, they sent me a return slip momentarily! Thank you for a great service!

  I received my part in a timely manner and the box was soaked in oil in places. Upon opening, the bubble wrap packaging and product was completely soaked in gear oil, as it had leaked out of the part (“sealed” snowblower transmission). I sent a note to the seller with pictures. They replied with a few questions and requested some pictures. Asked if I wanted a refund to which I said yes. This seller promptly refunded my purchase price and certainly stood behind the defect. Back where I started.
