I didn't expect a high quality instrument. I took a chance and ordered it, despite the high shipping cost, figuring it as part of the product cost. Turns out that this is more like a toy. I am very well versed in setting up guitars and mandolins but I could not figure out how to get rid of the flat spots and buzzing on the strings. I see why returns are not accepted. Can't recommend this!
