Been waiting for LEGO to release a new set of an American city for a while. Came across this seller and decided to purchase their Florida set. Sure Florida is a State and not a city, but still looks nice and is something different. It came exactly as described and the directions were easy to follow. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller.
