I had to install a new processor in my desktop as the factory installed cpu wouldn't communicate with the Vyper. However, the support team at Anycubic is truly there to help. They communicated with me as we tried to remedy the issue and some of the blame might rest on me for dated hardware. To be frank and true, I finally figured out a solution and the printer works fine; Anycubic treats people like people, I'm impressed👍

They were also very quick to ship and got the package earlier than expected! It was all plug and play and worked right away. My favorite part is the built in dryer. The seller was also very quick to respond and help me with one small error. I would buy this printer and ace pro again for my next printer.

They almost last it as they sent it to the wrong address Sunday but corrected it and got it delivered it today. Photo some more of the damage to the box. Any damage is on FedEx if any is found. Very happy that this with the magnetic PEI.
