    It was difficult to find this legacy product and although it was quite old, the product was in excellent condition containing all of the original documentation and keys. It was packaged up well and during the purchase process the Bruce Security team communicated promptly with me, answering my questions and making sure I had all of the correct components to make this system operate properly.     Nice remote but not as easy to use as the harmony One

    I like this remote a lot, but have a Harmony One which I like much better. Having to hold this one with two hands is a pain, and also having to touch the screen to fast forward and other functions. The Harmony One is held in one hand, and the most used buttons are on the pad and so much easier and faster to use. The Harmony 1000 is very simple and easy to use, but I like the One better

    Pretty awesome device with meh software

    It works really well when you get it working properly.. It took a while to get the harmony software working on my PC, but once it worked well then this thing turned into a majestic piece of equipment. Super happy with how it works for all my TVs, my sound bar, the stereo, the blue ray player, it's the cat's pajamas.

    LOGITEC HARMONY 1000

    I was unable to find a replacement for my 1000 harmony that I bought years ago. I bought the original one so my wife could get into cd player, dvd player ect. She can not understand inputs. I just upgraded my tv system at our cabin. I wanted to get another 1000 and was unable to find one. E bay came through. After not programing the system for eight years I was having problems. I finally gave up and contacted logitech support. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. I am up and going with a very complicated system.

    Is working great like new as these are no longer in production it was great to get a new one so I will have many years of use.

    I’m very pissed.. I’ve bought a lot here..I can’t believe you would sell me something that doesn’t work

    Remote was worthless.. don’t buy from him.. he wanted me to send it back at my own expense ..was a waste of time
