On the item listing it says the keyboard is used, however mine looks basically brand new except for some very small scratches on the inside of the dip switch panel. The keyboard did not come with batteries included (which is fine for a used item). Everything functions correctly, and the keyboard is genuine.

The item itself was missing batteries. Since it uses disposable batteries this wasn't an issue at all. However, I'm pretty sure the new product is sold with batteries included. Product itself as described. attached some images. dog not included
