They allowed a return no questions asked at no cost to me, provided I reject the delivery. Easy enough. BTW, you usually can't go wrong with Shimano quality and performance compared to cheaper products. I returned it simply because I decided to go a different direction with the drivetrain on the bike I'm building for my grandson. Thank you!

They seem to be of good quality, there was a problem with the chain that for whatever reason was entirely too short. I contacted the seller and they exchanged the chain in a reasonable time and manner. Overall a good experience.
