Screamin!!
This is my second TP Link router. It's replacing the C4000. Although i highly recommend the C4000, i have upwards of 80 clients connected at any one time. I've always been an Asus fan boy so i was tossing around who do go with. Had to be WiFi6 protocol with OFDMA and Mu mimo as the C4000 would start to drop clients when exceeding 70 clients. Ran across the AX3200 refurb at a stupid price. 3X3 Mu Mimo, OFDMA, 1.5 processor, High power FEM, 7 high gain external antenna and 1 internal, 7 streams, Tri band, with mesh support including dead zone killer and smart roaming. Woof! This just might be the best router I've ever owned! House is 4000sq and I'm getting over 250mbps in the backyard with no drops and 90 plus clients! Even puts my IOT devices to sleep and polls then at specific intervals (sure that'll cut down battery replacements). Wave beam forming actually increases speed as you watch! I've got one of tp links mesh range extenders coming. Probably didn't even need it but can't wait to see how it affects performance. If you've got all sorts of cameras, 4K streaming fire sticks, and tons of iot wifi devices for Alexa to screw with, a larger home and no patience for a spinning wheel of death this is your bad boy!!
