Asked for a refund which was very quick in its arrival. However after the refund arrived so did the pen. Informed the supplier of its arrival and asked for an invoice to pay. He was more than fair and would not let me pay because of the late arrival. He didn't have to do that so in my opinion this was more than fair and a very nice chap. Would definitely shop here again. Thanks to the very nice chap. A*+
