I wish the delivery time didn't have taken so long, but I imagine it's expected from an item coming from so far. It's a pretty watch, it comes with two different sizes of bands. But don't expect an item arriving in a beautiful Fitbit Versa box. It will arrive in transparent plastic bags with no instruction manual. Thankfully the Fitbit app has a manual inside. I had to google the watch manual to turn it on and set the app on my phone. Overall it's a good product.

Original package did finally leave logistics after 10 days being lost however it had a battery charge issue, second package that seller sent when original was lost arrived and no issues with replacement device that seller sent, good price and seller was helpful with the issues from og logistics company losing it for 10 days

I contacted the seller, explained the situation, and they agreed to send a replacement watch. The replacement arrived today, and paired with the app without any bother. It's working fine, and I'm happy with it. The product name had one letter difference so this can happen. When contacting the retailer, they send me the right product the same day. Accidents can happen, mistakes too. It comes to this: how do you solve it when something did not went good. They solved it right away, so this is very good. Waiting for the product to arrive.
