Very honest seller, which was apparent in how they responded to customers having a problem. Packed beautifully in a BOX, and exactly as Described! Item packaged poorly not sufficient to protect from normal USPS handling. Item was in a single layer bubble envelope. The value was good, Quality construction, dispenser is new as described.
