In this book, ChÖgyam Trungpa explores the meaning of freedom in the profound context of Tibetan Buddhism.     This was a paperback/softcover 29 year old book I purchased in very good condition as described. However it was delivered in a plain white plastic envelope. They should have at least used a bubble pack lined shipping envelope for protection of the item inside. They should re-think their shipping & packaging strategies, especially with much much older delicate items. Other wise no problems whatsoever with seller. Recommended seller. A+

    Very informative

    A Buddhist who knows how to address westerners in thought gives a unique perspective on Buddhism. The author is a rebel and doesn’t mince words. This is a book I will read over again to understand the “view” from this deep source of wisdom from Chogyam Trungpa. Very refreshing and insightful read.

    This collection is an accurate transcription of trungpa Rinpoche's lectures on Buddhist meditation.

    Chögyam Trungpa was an acknowledged authority and these talks are informative and reliable.
