    This was a paperback/softcover 29 year old book I purchased in very good condition as described. However it was delivered in a plain white plastic envelope. They should have at least used a bubble pack lined shipping envelope for protection of the item inside. They should re-think their shipping & packaging strategies, especially with much much older delicate items. Other wise no problems whatsoever with seller. Recommended seller. A+

    Not to be used alone.

    This book is made to be used with a CD or DVD video. It is not made to be used alone as it refers to watching the video before starting each chapter. I did not know this when I bought it. Therefore, the book I purchased it useless to me. The book was also supposed to be used, but good. Meaning no highlighting or writing on pages. Someone had underlined and wrote in the book. I cannot rate the method outlined in the book for weight loss, as I did not get the video that accompanies the book.

    One of the best Bible studies I've ever done! So many wonderful scriptures that are so encouraging about eating and or being close to the Lord. Highly recommend!
