I solved the door problem by drilling out the rivets removing door and than after installing outlet reattaching door with machine screws and nylock nuts. despite hours of effort i could not get the receptacle to hold the wires tight I eventually replaced the receptacle with a Leviton outlet with strong lock down screws. The steel box itself is well made.

We asked for a replacement however the supplier had no individual bags and instead provided us a $2.00 refund which was above and beyond their responsibility.
