My Sawgrass SG500 Waste Ink Tank was full and costs over £40 for unit + delivery to buy from a Sawgrass dealer. This is the genuine article, at half the price including fast delivery - ordered on Saturday, delivered Wednesday! Have just replaced old tank, waited in trepidation as the printer went through its endless preparation. Few minutes later all was done and waste tank shows 8% full (normal when new). Tested printing, all perfect.

They were very responsive, very apologetic and arranged to get the correct set of cartridges in the mail to me. I received the replacement set after an appropriate amount of time (I believe it was being sent from China) and the cartridges are sealed and look genuine. Thank you to the seller for the quick response and resolution!
