The item was in its own box within a shipping box and arrived in great shape. The description did not say anything about the connection sizes and it was an 1 1/4” instead of the standard 1 1/2” but I happened to have Intex spare parts to resize the connection. I replaced my broken unit in less than 10 minutes.

Plugged in and told me I had too much salt :( so partially drained and refilled with freshwater, it has been cranking out chlorine for the last 4 hours. You guys are great! Excellent job! Love/Hate relationship with Intex, but that will turn to love after the first swim.
