Great idea, but expensive
I've spent the first 84 years of my life (truly) wishing that something like this existed, but it wasn't until I tried doodling on ebay to see if such a thing existed that I found it did, and now have four of them inside my organizer for black-red-green-pencil Cross pens, Now I don't need to mess around making up my own, nowhere near as attractive or effective as these. They are sturdy and give every appearance of being very durable but this comes at a price - well, you get what you pay for. I ordered two for a start, and the day they arrived, ordered five more, that's what I thought of them! I don;t know how they would succeed with a thicker pen, but with my slim Cross pens they are ideal. Great little convenience item
I read my bible, and I write notes, underlines, etc. It is always great to have a pen nearby, at all times. This little loop attaches to the front or back cover very permanently, and then allows you to easily clip a standard pen into it. The loop itself has just enough elasticity to it to accommodate most all standard diameter pens. The adhesive-backed attachment plate is a nice-feeling, textured durable thin rigid material. It works great. Looks fine. Do make sure you position it exactly where you want it. LEUCHTTURM1917 Pen Loop
Using the tablet or cell phone keyboard or other tasks that require dexterity of fingers can be a problem for some folks. I'm spoiled as I have a Samsung Note series so my stylus is stored inside my phone. Hubby, however, needed a more compact phone and wanted to have a stylus. He loves his Zebra stylus pen as the rubber tip is sturdy and the pen writes great (like all Zebra pens). But he never knew where to put it. The LEUCHTTURM1917 Pen Loop Pen holder turned out to be a perfect solution. The adhesive on the tab holds really well on any tablet or phone case. I'm now using the loop and stylus with my tablet as well. The loop is a bit tight for a fat stylus or pen so look for a slender model. The Zebra fits fine. Works great, holds pen, good adhesive. Only 3 stars because of price.
it sticks. It holds the pencil. Still it's too expensive. Should cost $2.95.

Very Sticky!
This is perfect for attaching an Apple Pencil to my iPad Pro. I use a Logitech Smart Case and it fits under the case perfectly.
