I later realized there was a handwritten note mentioning the shipment would be coming in two parts. The second delivery was made a few days after the first and the company was quick to respond with kindness and an apology. I appreciate their speed in communication and that the order was shipped promptly. The zippers are exactly as I ordered and high-quality.
