    A valuable learning tool for a great price.

    I've been using these language CDs since they arrived. I am very happy with them so far but I'm only on lesson 6. I knew when I bought these the written manuel was not included with these used CDs. I am making such good progress with them that I would love to have a manual so I can also learn to read and see the words and phrases.

    Pimsleur or Platiquemos

    Very excited to have done this course. The best part is the ease of use, and the all audio is good for forcing listening skills. The drawback is I like reading books as well, so while overall Pimsleur is good to start and practice Spanish, have found Platiquemos with its book and audio better for the advanced stages and I like having the book to just thumb through and read passages out of. Pimsleur is also the best recorded of any course with the studio work well done, So if you need to learn speaking skills superfast or brush up your listening skill try Pimsleur if you want fluency and understanding of grammar then Platiquemos is better, if you can afford it just get both.

    Perfect for daily study in the car.

    Supplemental material might be helpful (I have used several additional books from other courses to augment) but this is truly perfect for study in the car while commuting to work! These CD's provide ear training unavailable with other self-study materials. Overall... excellent!

    Finally, a Program that Works

    I worked with the product of the leading competitor for 15 months June 2016 through September 2017. Studied dozens of textbooks, self-help books, CDs, online options. Well, I learned more of the language in the past 30 days using Pimsleur than any of the other systems combined. Highly recommend!!!
