It would have been ok if I was contacted and given the option to choose an alternative but I was not given the choice. To prevent any delays with posting the item, we sent a similar design which was lighter brown He was quite rude and tried to claim the Bandana was Pink. With this we offered him 3 variations of Pink designs we have that we could exchange if preferred or issue a refund. We never received a response after this message, instead just feedback left. We assume the customer wanted to keep the item and receive a refund aswell.
