Your nicely packed, wrapped & marked "FRAGILE" parcel was lobbed over our 6'ft garden gate onto stoney ground. With service like this neither you nor I stand a chance! Could have been glass or breakable goods inside! I can't add any more.

Possibly the shop might have been able to price a tenor recorder a bit higher, but perhaps not - there's little demand for these late 1970s Dolmetsch instruments because they aren't very good! Decently packed, promptly posted and delivered, so thanks for a good transaction, I'd buy here again.
