    Awesome seller! Great customer service. The seller even sent me pictures when the doll faceup was finished to get my approval - that is a first! The faceup was exactly as picture in the seller's photos. Shipping was frustrating as the shipping company did not give frequent shipping updates when I was tracking the doll. She arrived yesterday and I am so happy! She arrived in a very sturdy box and even came with a Magic Eraser, a padded satin doll bag, and face protector. Thank you so much.

    Intel I-7 2640M CPU

    This was an optional CPU for my Dell e6420 laptop. Minimal improvement over existing I-5 CPU, but still an improvement. Adding an SSD in place of an HDD is usually far more effective than a CPU upgrade. I also upgraded the RAM to 16 Gb from original 8Gb, this latter figure was supposed to be the "limit" for this computer. Some folks have said that either a BIOS update alone OR upgrading to I7 CPU AND a BIOS update together allow increased RAM. Run "windows Update" and/or "Intel Update" to update BIOS. Increasing RAM very often speeds-up computers. Control Panel shows correct CPU installed, and the 16GB of RAM recognized. With all the updates, this ancient laptop runs well and operates very quickly. OK for "light" gaming and excellent for most common uses, such as internet ...

    Great Processor. Snappy High-End Mobile Card.

    Runs hot and gets throttled because of thermal conditions, but it easily fixable by undervolting or with a cooling pad.

    I7-2640m

    this is an excellent CPU had no problem with it munch better than my i5-2410m faster to i5-2410 has 2.3 GHz as base and a turbo of 2.9 GHz the i7-2640m has a base of 2.8 GHz and a turbo of 3.5 GHz that was night and day for my dell latitude e6420 now I can play You Tube videos at 1080p with out any choppy spots in the video and I can play some old school games on It the Intel HD-3000 on the I7-2640m is better than the one on the I5-2410m.

    Intel i7 2640M for CPU upgrade

    Great upgrade to the i3 dual core in my Think Pad E520. Both use G2 socket. Not as easy a job as some units, required full disassembly down to motherboard but system improvement was worth the effort. I would think this is the max you can go for an upgrade, as the quad core i7 draws 45w vs 35 for this unit. Cooling in my laptop is shared with the GPU, so I elected not to push it.

    Best Sandy Bridge 35W CPU upgrade for Legacy Intel-based Laptops

    It's the best upgrade for Dell Inspiron 15 N5050 laptops. Runs cooler than the slower OEM i3 CPU. Replacing the legacy 500GB Samsung5400rpm HDD with a Crucial MX500 500GB SSD, and upgrading the OEM 4GB memory with 16GB (4x 4GB memory SODIMM) helped with the high temps and provided a 10-15x performance improvement on boot times and routine operations. Highly recommended (note: I updated 5 of the N5050s with this i7 CPU - no flux, they all worked and the computer runs like a new 7/8/9 Gen laptop)
