    Good

    What is good is the content of the book by the author. But what is very very bad is the way the inside of the book has so many paintings, markers and highlights by the former user. It is not good for a re-sell. I believe what is good for a re-sell is what is fairly used and not some kind of dirtied texts with many paintings and highlights inside it. If I knew how the inside were before ordering it, I would not have come close to it at all.

    Too religious. Concept not new

    This was highly recommended to.me but I found the constant bible reference and quotes to be off putting. I can normally filter that stuff out but it is really heavy handed and distracting. not my thing. Mite be good for a bible talk group looking to delve into certain topics. If you're religious in thst way you will love it! Aside from that the topics weren't new ideas so I was glad I found it used and cheap. It's not a book I kept.already gone

    Good Medicine for an Over-stressed World

    Helps to get controll in ones life by using Christian Principals

    Excellent way to improve understanding of how we relate to others and then make changes. We all grow up with reason our personal space is violated or enmeshed or we are unable to say no to our boss or spouse. This helps identify the origin and helps one begin to be in control of their boundaries.

    Decent old copy helpful contents

    Very helpful book of how to set healthy boundaries, instead of putting up a wall. The book arrived fairly quickly. The cover was an old one instead of what’s shown on the picture. Overall, satisfied with this purchase.
