    Superb service! Sometimes, the best gauge of commitment to customer service is how a seller behaves when things don’t go quite to plan. Despite being very well wrapped, this compass was damaged during transit. The seller got in touch very soon after I raised the issue and dealt with the whole transaction, from return to refund, efficiently and without fuss. The compass had been dispatched promptly and was just as described. I’d have no hesitation in buying from them again. Thank you.

    Fantastic customer service. The item came exactly as described with speedy delivery, it was packaged appropriately. I am very happy with the product and the value for money. There was a slight fault with the controller that came with the console, nothing that would stop me from using the product but a fault nonetheless and I was partially refunded for the controller, got replies within 10 mins of messaging, couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Would recommend and will use again.

    "Good all rounder with good sound quality"

    It's quite a eye catcher when people see it for the first time. It's certainly got a novel way of loading and unloading your CD's (it puzzled my wife until I showed her how to do it). Radio reception is very good and digitally displayed as well. My daughter takes over the Bluetooth connection which is an added bonus so she can play her music! Very satisfied with my purchase. Now my wife would like a full size, floor standing version. Now look what I've started.

    Looks the part

    This juke box brings a smile to my face when I switch it on! With the lights flashing and 60's CD playing takes me back to my teens. A long time ago! The sound quality is good for what it is. CD's & iPod better than radio. Although it looks a bit tacky, that's what juke boxes were. I love it!! I would have liked a floor standing one, but due to lack of space this half size one is a good alternative
