We were not expecting first class packaging having been told that original packaging would not be available - this was qualified within the excellent price. However, the bulb was broken on arrival and the Company informed us to purchase another - they would pay. This we did and the Company duly raised a refund for its cost. No Complaints. Perfectly satisfied with Company and their product which is continually in use. No hesitation in recommending.

Delivery from Royal Mail terrible said they have tried to deliver but no answer. Been in all day and mostly in front garden. so they must have gone to wrong address. No fault of seller who have been really good.
