I had accidentally provided my old shipping address and the item had to be returned to sender, but the seller was gracious enough to ship it again after receiving it back from USPS. The open-box nature of the item made me slightly unsure, but all the pieces were present and sealed in their original bags. Excellent experience overall, thank you!

The item figure itself is in perfect condition, while the box was indicated by the seller to not be mint and they did a really good job of showing this in the photos so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. The seller shipped the package in a quality box with a lot of Kraft paper for extra protection, which is always appreciated.
