My personal opinion of the Meta Oculus Quest 2 VR system.
Its fantastic!!! I have tried VR on my mobile, but it just does not compare. Wearing these it feels like finally, i have made it into the 21st century! To turn ones head an move seamlessly in the environment. This IS the future! Totally immersed in a VR environment. A place where anything is possible. Pros: Fantastic visual experience. Finally a truly interactive pc interface, i for one love it! Price, actually affordable! Unlike all the others, including the open source ones which surprised me! Pc connection, so the power of your pc can be used to increase experience. Open source ability, so can be used across broad range of software an devices instead of being locked into, an ultimately, killed off, by competition being open sourced. Seamless connection, detection, of wi-fi, bluetooth, net an pc, was utterly painless for once! Comfortable to wear for short time, but as tech evolves, their get better. Easy interface. Access to free games an apps to see how good it is. That what you to experience even more, an buy. Third party accessories, a must have, myself updated fan ventilation system, covers, head band set up, removable battery pack, gun, case, charging dock, etc. An above all, FUN! Cons: Heavy. Pass through on mine is black an white an hazzy. Cost of replacement controllers £70 each, an you need two! Have to have controllers to access system, will not work without them. Once gained access you can turn on hand interface instead an dont need controllers, but system will not initially work without them, even though you may never ever use them again! Only one usb port. IR sensors. Fans. Batter packs. ALL need usb ports, but theres only one on it! No arrow button controllers on unit so if the controller battery fails... Gets hot! Better ventilation a bigger, slower fan, is really needed, same power draw but more air flow! Expandability? A sd card slot so could swap drive storage an build up library of games apps on sd cards instead of being limited to internal drive?

The headset is stuck in a download loop....
The headset is stuck in a download loop. Unable to link and or use it. I will seek help to try and fix it, otherwise nice paperweight.
