A phenominal book, full of practical wisdom in healing.
Simply an amazing book by two fabulous authors. An alternative to medications
I have been on many medications for several years and am finally frustrated over the adding of more by the medical professionals. I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to be, but I truly feel the need to start trying to take charge of some of the med list trimming and see if I can feel better without all the foreign additives to my body. Several friends suggested meditation. I am in the process of learning and so far I don't see any changes to how I feel, but I feel better mentally because I find I more relaxed. I feel that over the course of several weeks of practicing the principles provided in this book, I will easily adapt to ceasing some of the medications.
