I explained this to the seller. The seller wanted me to send a picture of the phone where the crack is. I explained that I didn't have the equipment to send him the picture. I asked for a partial credit, Seller said he could not do anything without a photo. The photo that the seller provided did not show the crack because of the angle of the photo.
