    Item was exactly as described with original packaging still in place. Unfortunately the cup was damaged, possibly in transit, with a hairline crack on the inner lining which made it unusable. Seller immediately offered a full refund. Would certainly commend the seller's customer care and prior to that the communications were good and the item was delivered quickly. Would have no hesitation is using again with confidence.

    Great alarm clock.

    Great alarm clock. Small and neat. I think it`s great because it does not stay lit all the time and disturb my sleep. All I have to do in the night if I want to check the time is, press the large light/snooze button on the top and it lights up for a few seconds for me to check the time. The alarm is loud enough but not too loud so as to make you jump.Easy to set, you just have to remember that it is only the afternoon that displays `pm`, the morning does not display `am`, worth remembering when you are setting the alarm.

    A Compact Easy To Use Alarm Clock

    I bought this alarm clock to replace a similar Acctim model that had given me good service for years, but was damaged when dropped onto the floor. My original clock was robust, but fell to the floor too many times and the clock continued to work, but not the alarm. I searched the Internet until I found a similar Acctim clock to the one that I wished to replace and the 12343 Auric fitted the bill. It is similar in shape and size to my existing clock and compact enought to fit on my small bedside table. It is large enough to see the time clearly yet small enough to take away on holiday. It is very easy to set the time and alarm functions, has a clear to see face with an easy to use light feature, is accurate and maintains a long battery life. I am so glad that Acctim still make this type ...

    Great little alarm clock!

    A great alarm clock, good size for a bedside locker. Only negative comment is that it makes a clicking noise when you press to check the time during the night, which my partner can hear. The clock is well made & a pleasant shape, would buy again.

    Acctim alarm clock

    Have had this model previously (for at least ten years) I like its features. Easy to see display and easy to use.
