Sent extra items as a thank you for letting them know it had not been shipped, There was a shipping error. the post office had only picked one of the two bins they were supposed to post, They thought it had shipped. They found the bin they thought had shipped and sent the item express the next day, When I alerted them that it had not come they shipped it with added items as an apology.
