Super smooth hi-hat action!
The Liquid Drive from Gibraltar became my favorite hi-hat stand a few years ago when I bought the single leg version for my double bass drum set up. Now, I bought the movable leg version to complete my single bass drum set up and I am very happy with this hi-hat stand. Compared to a direct drive hi-hat, I find the Liquid Drive much more pleasing to play and easier to control in terms of sound quality and dynamics of the hi-hat cymbals. With this stand, I can easily play the hi-hat with my left foot at fast tempos and low volumes (or high volumes for that matter), something I found more difficult to control with a direct drive stand. This hi-hat stand seems very solid and strong, and it is rather weighty, which means that it is not going to move when played. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hi-hat stand for a drummer who wants a smooth pedal action which is pleasing to play and helps to control the sound and dynamics of the hi-hat cymbals.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
