Note that the packaging was very good, so I blame the currier for the damage. Others commented that their model was better than the pictures, and I would agree that mine was as well. I could suggest to the vendor improve the communication with the customer cause in mi case often I had to ask for info about status. I know that jobs like this need time to be completed.
