Shipping was prompt and cost reasonable, packaging was great, and I was very happy to find these. The cars were as described, and actually included the original coal loads as well as replacement resin coal loads. I wasn't sure from the photos if there were both loads or not, but they were, so happy about that! All-in-all, a great value for me, especially since I missed these when originally released by Atlas. It appears to be in very good smooth running order. It had been inspected prior to shipment. Anything needing servicing seem to have been pre-done. Shipping cost were very reasonable. I had a few questions before I purchased it and they responded quickly with answers. I am very happy with the service provided by them throughout the whole process.

I'm a repeat buyer and it seems they're shipping is a fixed amount on larger items and that is very reasonable. Their packaging is always expertly done. no oversize boxes. I have found, with few minor exceptions, that their descriptions are spot on accurate. Their pricing strategy is like I've never seen on e-bay. It is always the best price for the condition of the item.

What I was most impressed with this seller is their responsiveness to emails. The shipper was not updating tracking info and I thought the package was lost or stolen. I contacted the seller. I received a reply with in a couple hours. They were very helpful. Items being as advertised is to be expected. Responsive help after shipping is a definite plus.
