Seller did offer to make an exception to do a refund. I decided to keep them, will buy lids or give away. The reason for that is, the pictures didn’t show the lids. Yet, I do wish the seller would have said without lids. Communication was good. Shipping fine. I’m taking it as a lesson to pay closer attention to listings. I would buy from this seller again. I think/hope it was an honest mishap.
