Why post "or best offer" if not accepting offers? 2 Package was sent in a priority mail bag but postage was paid only for standard ground advantage. I got a note from the post office that the package was "intercepted." After a half hour on the phone I finally found out the problem. So I had to go to the post office, pay the extra fee to get the package. I notified the seller. He refunded the $4.88 but no comm, etc.
